"If i can do it, You can too!"
There are several reasons I got in to fitness, firstly to be healthy and feel good about myself, secondly to set a good example for my children and to show all the Mothers out there that you can achieve anything if you are determined enough.
I started training taking part in Crossfit style of program, BodyPump, Body Combat, CX Worx. I would regularly take 2-3 classes one after another and would later become an Les Mills BodyPump instructor. When I returned to live in Thailand I studied health, nutrition and personal training at BTU Sports Science. This is when I become interested in competing in women’s physique. Later that year I competed in my first comp.
