"How you do anything is how you do everything"
I come from an atheltic background of playing sports my whole life. I am stil known to this day as “the girl who plays with the boys”. Whether I was playing soccer, breaking state records in Cross Country , dominating the track or leading my basketball team, physical activity and fitness has always been in my blood. I am proudly the mother to a 13 year old son who is just as atheletic/active as I am. I knew I wanted to make my physical fitness and condition a priority when I realized I would not only need to keep up with him , but train him to reach his height of potential. Instead of shying away from the weights, I started to study the mechanics of physical training and lifting as well as nutrition when I realized that would be key to becoming the best version of me. After highlighting some of my journey periodically on social media, I started to have people ( mostly women and some men) reach out to me looking for advice, tips and a starting point to take steps to do the same. It was then I realized that I had a personal duty to not just go through the motions for myself, but live this lifestyle everyday and assist whoever I could to the best of my means. I now, not only diligently train myself multiple times a week, I also work with some of the best guys in the industry who help me focus and achieve my goals. I also coach Highschool boys basketball which really allows me to be a leader and guide young men to reach their full potential under my leadership.
