I was born in Middletown New York. At the Age of 5 left to Manizales, Colombia. I Grew up watching Martial Arts movies (Specially Bruce Lee’s, Van Damme’s) and became a Martial Arts and Sports fan. I have practiced a very wide variety of sports since I was little, these include: Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, Taekwondo, Speed Skating, Soccer, Thai Boxing, Tenis, Ping Pong, Basketball and Finally CrossFit. After I graduated School I went back to US to go to College. I gratuated from Music Production and Business Administration. During School I dedicated myself to learn about Fitness and Nutrition, this is when I started formal training in Thai Boxing and CrossFit. I did many CrossFit Certifications including: CrossFit Level 1, CF Strinking, CF Football, CF MObility, CF Endurance, CF Weightlifting, CF Gymnastics, CF Kettlebell.
After I graduated School in the States, I came back to Colombia and Opened the First CrossFit/Boxing gym here. I have coached and competed ever since.
In 2017 I had the opportunity to participate in Colombia’s #1 Reality TV Show named “Desafio Superhumanos” (Superhuman Challenge) and placed 6th out of 36 participants in all of Colombia.
I focus all of my effort every single day of my life to set and example for my son Emilio (4years old) and for those who surround me.
I am a Samurai of the Light (Server of the Light) and I believe I can help people by coaching them, and transforming their bad habits into good ones.
