Healthy Pebbles Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Dry:

1/2 Cup Complete Pancake Mix (60g)

1 Scoop Iso100 Fruity Pebbles (30g)

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (3g)

Dash Splenda/Stevia (2g)

1 Serving SF/FF Pudding Mix (8g)

Dash Sprinkles (3g)

Wet:

1 Egg

1 Small Banana (50g)

Water to form batter consistency

Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

1. Combine dry ingredients

2. Combine mashed banana and egg into dry ingredients and mix to form the batter

3. Use extra water if the batter is too thick to get the right consistency

4. Use cooking spray to coat mini loaf pans

5. Transfer batter to mini loaf pans

6. Bake for 15-20 Minutes

7. Allow cooling for 3-5 Minutes

8. Enjoy
